RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1996 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 1996 Crack
Repair Program and all ti=ssary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
1. Northwest Asphalt Maint., Inc. $25,560.00
2. ASTECH Corp $29,200.00
3. Bergman Co's of Wisc. $30,880.00
7. Daffinson Asphalt $31,600.00
WHEREAS; it appears that Northwest Asphalt Mainicunce, Inc. of Goodridge, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, .omplying with the minimum spxifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. in the now of the City of Plymouth
for the 1996 Crack Repair Program according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on rule in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of
$25,560,
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
