AUTHORIMG THE CITY MANAGER TO REVIEW BOND COUNSEL SERVICES
WHEREAS, city staff has conducted periodic reviews of the consulting servim for
which the City of Plymouth contracts, and bond counsel services were not included in the 1994
of general legal services; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Best and Flanagan has served as bond counsel since 1992; and
WHEREAS, a review of bond counsel services is a logical step in the review of
various consulting services; '
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that the City Manager. with the assistance of the City Attorney, is authorized to
review bond counsel services for the City of Plymouth; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any recommended changes to bond counsel
services must be approved by the City Council.
