APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1"S TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO, 417
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The removal of the traffic barrier on Hemlock Lane; the addition of items
necessary to create an elevated trail along Hemlock Lane required by
Hennepin County; the addition of quantities necessary to move the trail
crossing on Northwest Boulevard at the pedestrian crossing signal location,
adjacent to Bass Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for 1995 Trail Improvements, City Project No. 417, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 fo)r the 1995 Trail
Improvements, City Project No. 417, by adding $37,172.50 is approved:

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 37.172, n
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $369,594.35
