APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND CONDI !1ONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROGER REDMOND FOR
PROPERTY AT 4270 NORWOOD LANE NORTH (RPUD 85-2) (96049)
WHEREAS, Roger Redmond has requested an Amended Planned Unit Development
Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a home that would: 1)
exceed the maximum allowable lot coverage; and 2) encroach into the minimum side
yard setback requirement;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, Swan Lake Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Roger Redmond for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and
Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a home at 4270 Norwood Lane North,
subject to the following conditions:
1. This Amended RPUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit allows construction of a
one story, walkout home with a three -car garage with a lot coverage of 24.2
percent rather than 20 percent, and with a side yard setback of nine feet to the
south lot line rather than ten feet, in accordance with the application and plans
received by the City on April 3, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the City and St-ite Build -ng
Codes.
3. No other amendments or variations are granted or implied,
