RESOLUTION NO. 96-268
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2
�, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared for the Council Chambers
Renovation Project providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes are required or will improve the operational effectiveness
of the building, and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVJM4 BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 2 for the
Council Chamber Renovation Proiect No. 506 for Parkos Construction is approved in
the amount of $6,496 and increase the total construction costs to $259,516. The total
project authorization shall remain at $668,000
Adopted by the City Council on May 15, 1996.
