CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-267
APPROVING CITY BUILDINGS CLEANING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require cleaning for nonnaf operations, and
WHEREAS, these funds are budgeted for in the annual budget, and
WIIEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from :our vendors, and
WHEREAS, Haugen Building Maintenance Inc. has submitted the lowest monthly bid and is
an acceptable qualified bidder;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLWD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M(NNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase from Haugen Building Maintenance Inc., 7875 Cheshire Lane North, Maple Grove,
MN 55311, cleaning services as per specifications for $5,075-6/l/96-5/31/97, $5,075-6/1/97-
5/31/98, $5,385-6/1/98-5/31/99 per month for the next 36 months beginning June 1, 1996.
Adopted by the City Council on May 15, 1996.
