CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
RESOLUTION % - 266
APPROVING A MPUD CONCEPT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LAUKKA-
WILLiAMS PARKERS LAKE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON 25TH PLACE
NORTH EAST OF SHENANDOAH LANE (96020)
WHEkEAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval of a MPUD
Concept Plan Amendment for property located on 25th Place North east of Shenandoah
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the PlantLrg Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval for property legally described as follows:
Lots 11 through 23, Block 1, Lots 1 through 3, Block 2 and Lots 1 through 12, Block
3, Parkers Lake North 11th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and herety does approve
the request of Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval of a MPUD
Concept Plan Amendment for property located on 25th Place North east of Shenandoah
Lane, subject to the following condition:
1. The MPUD Concept Plan Amendment is to change the dwelling unit style from
single family detached to a mix of single family detached and attached
townhouse units and to increase the number of dwelling units from 41 to 59 in
accordance with the plans received by the City on March 11, 1996.
2. Approval is not granted for exact building locations, parking requirements,
landscaping or any other requirements related to MPUD Preliminary/Final
Plans.
Adopted by the City Council on May 15, 1996.
