RESOLUTION NO. 96- 259
AUTHORIZING MEDICINE LAKE TRAIL FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated money in the 1996 adopted capital
improvement program for the study and development of a regional trail down the east
side of Medicine Lake, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin Parks has requested the City's cooperation in funding said
study, and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant, SRF, has presented a proposal for an engineering
feasibility report on the East Medicine Lake Regional trail,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the consultant engineer is authorized to proceed with
the engineering feasibility report and further, the Finance Director is authorized to pay
half the cost of the feasibility report estimated to be $22,750.
Adopted by the City Council on May 1, 1996.
