CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96.256
APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
EAST OF PLYMOUTH BLVD. BETWEEN 35TH AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH (96003)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a Final Plat for property legally described
as follows:
Lot 1; Block 1, Plymouth Hills and Oudot D, Plymouth Hills and Outlot A, Plymouth Center 2nd
Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O. THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by the City of
Plymouth for of a Final Plat subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for the creation of four lots in the Plymouth Center Third Addition,
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
Adopted by the City Council on May 1, 1996.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth,
