RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I
PLYMOUTH CREEK BRIDGE
CITY PROJECT NO. 330
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the West Medicine
Lake Park Improvement, Phase I, Bridge and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with
the advertisement:

Jay Bros., Inc.
Carl Bolander & Sons
J & K Grading & Trucking

WHEREAS, it appears that all bids received are excessively high and over the projected cost
budgeted for the bridge portion of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council rejects all bids received for the West Medicine Lake Park Improvement -
Phase I, Plymouth Creek Bridge according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2, The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids.
Adopted by the City Council on May 1, 1996.
