RESOLUTION NO. % .251
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
PART OF DRAINAGE AND UTIIdTY EASEMENT IN
LOT 279 BLOCK 1- SUGAR HILLS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Richard Oertel
of Oertel Custom Homes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of part of the
following drainage and utility easement:
The West 1 foot of the East 10 feet of Lot 27, Block 1, Sugar Hills 2nd
Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, except the
North 10 fixt and the South 6 feet.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of June 5, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 1, 1996.
