APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR COLEMAN, HULL &
VAN VLIET FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 18640 COUNTY ROAD 24 AND
3155 WALNUT GROVE LANE NORTH (96043)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Coleman, Hull & van Vliet which
requests approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate two
parcels of land generally located at 18640 County Road 24 and 3155 Walnut Grove
L.atte North (Parcel A and B respectively), legally described on Attachment One,
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed !^t arrangement for which the Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and
hereby made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Consolidation subject to the following conditions:
1. The Lot Division/Lot Consolidation is hereby granted in accordance with the plans
received by the City on March 20, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
Adopted by the City Council on May 1, 1996.
