HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-243• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 96-243 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR HAROLD COTTLE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9900 COUNTY ROAD 9 (96032) WHEREAS, Harold Cottle has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment to allow operation of a Havoline X -Press Lube business at 9900 County Road 9 (the property is more specifically described as Lot 2, Block 1, Dekoco Addition); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Harold Cottle to allow operation of a Havoline X -Press Lube business at 9900 County Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment allows operation of an X - Press Lube business in the existing building at 9900 County Road 9, in accordance with the plans received by the City on March 29, 1996, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Signage identifying Handicap parking spaces must meet the State Handicap Code. 3. Standard Conditions: a. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. b. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Performance Agreement for completion of this site improvement within twelve months of the date of this resolution. c. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes, and fire lane signage. d. The permit is subject to all appiicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. e. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. f. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding business signage.
