RESOLUTION 96- 240
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE AT
VANBLOEM GARDENS MIDWEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2340
NIAGARA LANE NORTH (96025)
WHEREAS, Randy Hoberg has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to
allow outside storage at VanBloem Gardens Midwest located at 2340 Niagara Lane
North (the property is more specifically described as Lot 8, Block 1, Circle Star
Business Center 1st Addition); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Randy Hoberg for a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage at
VanBioem Gardens Midwest located at 2340 Niagara Lane North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit allows one greenhouse structure to be used for
outside storage, in accordance with the plans received by the City on February
29, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The easternmost greenhouse structure that is indicated on the plan is not approved
for outside storage and must be removed from the site.
3. The greenhouse structure shall comply with the regulations of the 1991 State Hire
Code and all applicable Building Codes.
4. The greenhouse structure shall be used only for the storage of plants and products
related to the storage of such plants.
5. Because the outside storage and greenhouse structure would be located on a
portion of the existing parking lot which is required to meet the proof -of -parking
calculation, the outside storage must cease and the greenhouse structure must be
permanently removed if the affected parking spaces are needed in order to meet
Wture park Ing requiremeats for this site.

7. No other outside storage is approved by this resolution.
8. The Conditional Use Permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
9. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
