RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 235
APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 9 FROM INTERSTATE 494 TO VICKSBURG LANE
COUNTY PROTECT NO'S. 8424 AND 9526
CITY PROTECT NO. 402
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a roadway and
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 9 from Interstate 494 to
Vicksburg Lane, Hennepin County Project No's. 8424 and 9526, Agreement No. PW 11-17-
95 has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things approved as
conditioned therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 11-17-95, Hennepin County Project No's. 8424 and 9526, City Project
No. 402.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to be
$1,250,000 is provided from the Minnesota State Aid (MSA) Fund. This includes the cost to
place the existing overhead utility lines underground west of Fernbrook Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on April 17, 1996.
