RESOLUTION NO. 96-23
APPROVING A NON -DISTURBANCE AGREEMENT W)TH SCHOOL
DISTRICT 284 RELATING TO THE LIFE TIME FITNESS COMPLEX
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
IT.
Whereas, the City of Plymouth and School District 284 have authorized
agreements with Life Time Fitness for the development and use of pools and
other fitness facilities; and,
Whereas, a non -disturbance agreement between the City and School District
is necessary to define the relationship between the City and the School
District in the event that the City takes over operation of the club/pool
complex;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE U RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the non -disturbance agreement with School
District 284 be approved and the Mayor and City Manager authorized to sign
it.
