ESTABLISHING THE PROJECT BUDGET FOR THE PLYMOUTH ICE
ARENA / LIFE TIME FITNESS PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,200,000, INCLUDING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OUTSIDE
AGENCIES.
Whereas, the City has engaged Diversified Construction as its Construction
Manager for the project; and,
Whereas, the City Council Subcommittee on Design Review for the facility
has met, evaluated, and selected certain value engineering options; and,
Whereas, the Construction Manager has subsequently reviewed and estimated
the costs of the ice arena and the City's share of site improvement costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF, CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH THAT THE PROJECT BUDGET BE
ESTABLISHED AT 8,200,000 INCLUDING $5,000,000 COMING FROM
THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT FUND, $2,400,000 FROM THE
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION FUND, AND 800,000 FROM OUTSIDE
AGENCIES.
