REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR
REQUIRED STREET AND STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
XENIUMNINEWOOD LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 214
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and JANCO, INC. have entered into a development
contract dated December 11, 1995 for the development of French Ridge Park Addition;
and
WHEREAS, as part of this development, the developer was require.1 to construct Xenium
Ninewood Lane in French Ridge Park Addition in order to conform with State Aid
standards for street construction; and
WHEREAS, the work is 80% completed as certified by JANCO, INC. engineer as
detailed in the approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $120,054.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the developer, JANCO INC., is to
be reimbursed in the amount of $120,054.40 in the construction plans and in accordance
with City policy,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated from the City's MSA Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on April 17, 1996.
