RESOLUTION NO. 96 -223
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY
NIAGARA LANE/9TH AVENUE/SHENANDOAH LANE
WHBRBAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street hereinafter
described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of
Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162;

Niagara Lane/9th Avenue/Shenandoah Lane from Gleason Lake Road to County
Road 6
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of highways of the State of Minnesota,
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof,
that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street.
Adopted by the City Council on April 17, 19-96.
