RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 221
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
ROCKFORD GLEN ADDITION
ROCKFORD GLEN SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 17, 1996 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvements of
Rockford Glen Addition and Rockford Glen Second Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on April
17, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the ,slat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted April 17, 1996. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
