PM0LUTION NO. 96-208
Whereas, City Staff and Diversified Construction Company have negotiated and
reached agreement on cost and services to be provided for construction management of
the City's Ice Arena Project and related site improvements; and,
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
agreement with Diversified Construction Company for construction management
services for the City Ice Arena Project and the related site improvements be approved
in the lump sum amount of $374,000 and that the b:ayor and City Manager be
authorized to sign the agreement.
