APPROVING THE 1496 - 2000 CAPITAL IMPROVE ]MM PROGRAM (CIF)
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth develops a Capital Improvements Program which
outlines proposed capital expenditures for city streets, water and sewer systems, and parks;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed Capital Improvement Program for the years 1996 - 2000 has
been reviewed by the Plymouth Planning Commission, following a duly called public
hearing on March 12, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Planting Commission unanimously recommends that the City Council
approve the 1996 - 2000 Capital Improvments Program;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth Minnesota, that the 1996 - 2000 Capital Improvements Program is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on April 30 1996.
