CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 200
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION TO MnDOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH
APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR VEHICLE PURCHASE
PLYMOUTH METROLINK TRANSIT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth adopted Resolution No. 96-94 on February 7, 1996 as
required in the grant application for the obtaining of Federal funds available under Section
5310 of the Federal Transit Act of 1991 as amended; and
WHEREAS, that Resolution No. 96-94 as approved contained the following requirements:
e Authorization to request grant funds
a Designation of one person to represent the applicant
• Resolution certification by the certifying otiicer of the governing body
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Certifies to MnDOT that there are no
nonprofit corporations or associations that are readily available in the Plymouth area to
provide the proposed Transit services.
Adopted by the City Council on April 3, 1996.
