RECEIVING PETITION
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WESTBRANCH 3RD ADDMON - PHASE H
STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 415
WHEREAS, the developer of Westbranch 3rd Addition has petitioned the City to make
improvements to the Westbranch 3rd Addition plat Phase 11 by the installation of 7 ton
bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm
drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the
Westbranch 3rd Addition Phase I & II street and utility improvements; and
WHEREAS; the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-
Fausch, Inc. and presented to the City Council at their October 17, 1994 Council
meeting; and

1. Sugar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans
and specifications for the Westbranch 3rd Addition Phase H
improvements in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report.
2. 1 hat the plans shall not be started until the developer submits a financial
grarantee to cover the cost of the preparation of the final plans and
specifications.
