CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-192
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for pavement markings for
1996
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statute bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and the bid proposals received and opened on March 20, 1996 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received and
Bidder Total Cost_ for All Striping
AAA Striping Company $339846.98
Precision Pavement Marking $359158.63
WHEREAS, the bid from AAA Striping Company was in conformance with the City
specifications and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from AAA Striping Company is the
lowest responsible pavement marking bidder for the total cost of $33,846.98 and
FURTHER, that the pavement markings will be paid from moneys budgeted and in the Street
Division budget.
