FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EIE1dVII'nON
FOR PILGRIM LANE ELEM04TARY PTO
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by
Pilgrim Lane Elementary School PTO for raffles and bingo to be conducted on April 18,
1996.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Pilgrim Lane Elementary PTO for
an event at 3725 Pilgrim Lane, on April 18, 1996. The City further waives the 30 -day
approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on April 3, 1996.
