HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-190• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION %-190 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10440 ROCKFORD ROAD (96012) WHEREAS, Entry One, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the existing home at 10440 Rockford Road to be legally used as a duplex (the property is more specifically described as Outlot A, Trenton Place First Addition); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Entry One, Inc. for a Conditional Use to allow the existing home at 10440 Rockford Road to be legally used as a duplex, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Conditional Use Permit allows use of the home as a duplex, in accordance with the application materidls that were received by the City on January 26, 1996 and February 13, 1996, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Continued compliance with Section 405 of the City Code relating to Housing Maintenance. 3. Annual renewal the Rental Dwelling License. Adopted by the City Council this 3rd day of April, 1996.
