APPROVING THE LABOR AGREENLr4'NT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR
SERVICES, INC., LOCAL 18
JANUARY 1, 1995 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,1995
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an arbitrated settlement of the labor
agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.,
Local 18, representing Plymouth police officers and investigators, was received from
the Arbitrator Wallin on February 26, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Inc., Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1995 through December 31,
1995; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on April 3, 1996.
