CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96.18 5
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE FOR THE 1996/1997 INSURANCE PROGRAM
MMEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential liability and
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposal for the necessary insurance coverage;
and
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust for $200,487 for coverages and limitations set forth in the Risk
Management Coordinator's memo dated March 26, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the
contract for all insurance coverage's as outlined in the Risk Management Coordinator's
memo to the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $200,487.
Adopted by the City Council on April 3, 1996.
