DIRECTING THAT PROCEEDS FROM THE SPRING 1996 PHOSPHORUS
FREE FERTILIZER SALE GO"THE TREE PRESERVATION
FUND/COUNTY ROAD 9 BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that any proceeds from the Spring 1996 sale of Phosphorus Free
Fertilizer be directed to the Tree Preservation Fund and designated in that fund for the
County, Road 9 Beautification Project.
Adopted by the City Council on March 20, ±996.
