CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 173
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared for the Council Chambers Renovation
Project providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes are required or will improve the operational effectiveness of the
building, and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCM OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for the Council Chamber
Renovation Project No. 506 for Parkus Construction is �pproved h► the amount of $20,220 and
increase the total construction costs to $253,020. The total project authorization shall nemau►
