AUTHORIMG THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEIVIMON FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
Marfield, Belgarde & Yaffe Companies
Lot 1, Block I Minneapolis Industrial Park 5th Addition
WHEREAS, the owners of Marfield, Belgarde & Yaffe Companies propose to fill
approximately 0.2 acre of wetlands, and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption f 10. " activities in a wetland created solely as a result of: actions by public
entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland...".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Marfield, Belgarde & Yaffe Companies.
Adopted by the City Council on March 20, 1996.
