RESOLUTION N0. % -170
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 19 BLOCK 4 - PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION
AND LOT 89 BLOCK 1- COURTYARDS OF PLYMOUTH OAKS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Chapter Section 12.06, Paul J.
McGinley of Loucks and Associates, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following drainage and utility easement:
That part of the drainage and utility easement dedicated across Lot 8, Block 1,
Courtyards of Plymouth Oaks, Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of the
drainage and utility easement dedicated across former Lot 1, Block 4, Plymouth
Oaks, said Hennepin County, by virtue of the recording of said plats, described
as follows:
The west 3.00 feet of the east 11.00 feet of said Lot 81 lying north of the
south 50.00 feet thereof and lying southeasterly of a line which is
parallel with and 10.00 feet southeasterly of the northerly line of said
Lot 8.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it shutild, and hereby does, establish the date
of April 17, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on March 20, 1996.
