CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-16S
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of (1) 72" 4
Wheel Drive Hydrostatic Rotary Mower; and
WHEREAS, as in accordance with the State Statute, hid specifications were prepared and
distributed. and bid proposals were received and opened on Manch 41 1996; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received
Bidders W/Trade
M.T.I. Distributing Co. $21,849.54
Erv's Lawn Mower Repair, Inc. $220843.70
A-1 Outdoor Power No Bid
WHEREAS, the bid from M,T.I. Distributing Co. Is in conformance with the City's
specifications; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TH.Ii CP1'Y COUNCIL OF mE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from M.T.I. Distributing Co. Is declanx!
the lowest responsible bidder and accepts their bid in the amount of $21,849.54 including tart
for (1) 72" 4 Wheel Drive Hydrostatic Rotary Mower.
Adopted by the City Council on March 20, 1996.
