RESOLUTION 96 - 159
APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(RPUD) PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SKYLINE DESIGN, INC.
FOR PROPERTY AT 994 ZANZIBAR LANE NORTH (RPUD 76-3) (96002)
WHEREAS, Skyline Design, Inc. has requested an Amended RPUD Plan and
Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a three -season porch at 994 Zanzibar
Lane North in "Cimarron Ponds"; and
WHEREAS, the property is more specifically described as Lot 31, Block 2, Cimarron
Ponds Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TH's CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Skyline Design, Inc. for an Amended RPUD Plan and Conditional Use
Permit for a three -season porch for property located at 994 Zanzibar Lane North in
"Cimarron Ponds", subjtx:t to the following conditions:
1. This Amended RPUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit allows the construction of a
12 -foot by 15 -foot three -season porch in accordance with the plans and application
materials received by the City on January 2, 1996 and February 5, 1996, except as
amended by this resolution.
2. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes.
3. No other amendments or variations are granted or implied.
