APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR JERRY LEE FISCHER FOR
"ORCHIDS LIMITED", 4630 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH (95138)
WHEREAS, Jerry Lee Fischer has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment to
allow construction of a 42 -foot by 60 -foot pole building at Orchids Limited, 4630
Fembrook Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said recuest at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Jerry Lee Fischer of Orchids Limited for a Site Plan Amendment to
allow construction of a pole building, subject to the following conditions:
1. This Site Plan Amendment approves the construction of a 2,520 square foot pule
building, in accordance with the plans and application materials received by the
City on December 28, 1995, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to requi.-ed reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
4. Compliance with Resolution 91-585, approving the Site Plan for Orchids Limited.
5. The applicant or his successors shall continue to provide the City with a current
Certificate of hsurance in favor of the City, in accordance with the Hold Harmless
and Indemnification Agreement relating to having no fire hydrants or fire lanes on
the property.
