ADOPTING BUDGET FOR RELOCATION OF AMPHITHEATER
WHEREAS, the construction of the new ice arena/spot;-s complex necessitates the
relocation of the City's amphitheater, and
WHEREAS, the cost to relocate the amphitheater has been estimated by the consultant to
be $73,830;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the budget of $73,830 for moving the amphitheater
is approved, and further, that the funding is to come from the downtown TIF financing
program, and further, staff is directed to proceed with this project in order to meet the
completion date of July 2 for the Music in Plymouth program.
