RESOLUTION 96-156
APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED EAST OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND NOF TH OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY OFFICES (96016)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth. has requested approval of a Site Plan for an
amphitheater, located east of Plymouth Bnulerard and north of the Plymouth City
Offices; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by the City of Plymouth for a Site Plan to allow development of an
amphitheater on property located east of Plymouth Boulevard and north of the
Plymouth City Offices, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Site Plan is for an amphitheater, in accordance with the plans received by the
City on February 16, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. A full grading permit will not be issued until the City has approved a Wetland
Mitigation Plan for the site. Prior to that time, a partial grading permit may be
issued for the areas outside the wetland that intersects the stage access drive.
3. The site plan shall be revised to show handicap access from the access drive to
the stage area.
4. Installation of wetland buffer monumentation according to Section 6, Subdivision
C.7 if the Zoning Ordinance.
5. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
B. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
C. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required
reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
D. Compliance with all Fire Codes and policies.
