CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 946- 151
REJECTING 1996 LAWN MAINTENANCE BID
WHEREAS, the Park Maitenance Division is responsible for the Lawn Maintenance Program;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on February 23, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications and three bids were received
by the City:

WHEREAS, the bid from T. Quintmeyer's Lawn Service is not in conformance with the
City's specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from T. Quinttreyer's Lawn Service be
rejected for the 1996 Lawn Maintenance Program.
FURTHER, that the Council grant a rebidding of the 1996 Lawn Maintenance Program for
March 8, 1996..
