TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO INF01tMA110N
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to replace the City's information technology equipment and
software; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with replenishing the reserve for
equipment and software; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $400,000 from the General Fund to the Information Technology Services Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $400,000 from the General Fund to the Information Services Fund to assist with
future technology requirements. Further, that the transfer is to be made effective December
31, 1995 for the 1995 accounting year.
