HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-136• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 96 -136 PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A STORM SEWER EASEMENT PARCEL 20 IN DOCUMENT NO. 905647 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Michelle M. Dueide of Parsinen, Bowman, Caplin, and Levy, PA has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following the following storm sewer easement: That part of the north 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, north of Range 22 west lying within an 80 foot strip of land the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said subdivision, a distance of 422 foet north of the center of said section; thence northeasterly to a point on the northerly boundary of said subdivision, a distance 289.1 feet west of the northwest comer of said subdivision and there terminating. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HB,REBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrPY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 3, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
