CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -135
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A STORM SEWER EASEMENT REFERENCED AS
PARCEL 19 IN DOCUMENT NO. 905647
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Michelle M.
Bueide of Parsinen, Bowman, Caplin, and Levy, PA has petitioned the City Council for the
vacation of the following storm sewer easement:
Ar 80 foot str_p of land lying within that part of the nonhwest 1/4 of the
southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, north of Range 22, west described
as follows: Commencing at an iron monument on the south line of the said
subdivision 649.2 feet east of the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence
north parallel with the west line of said subdivision, 627.5 feet; thence east to a
point on the east line of said subdivision, 671 feet south of the -northeast corner
of said subdivision; thence south along the east line of said subdivision to the
southeast corner thereof; thence west along the south line of said subdivision to
the point of beginning.
The centerline of which strip is described as follows: Beginning at a point on
the northerly line of Lot 8, Block 4, Beacon Heights Second Addition, distant
36.5 feet easterly from the northwL -t comer of said Lot 8; thence north easterly
to a point on the westerly line of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 26, distant 422 feet north of the center of the southwest 1/4 of
Section 26 and there terminating.
and
A permanent easement over that part of the above described parcel lying within
a 40 foot strip of land centered upon the above described centerline as identified
as Parcel No. 19 and Document No. 905647.
AND NAMEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THMWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby dors, establish the date
of April 3, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said: petition and directs
the administrmiive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by laws.
Adopted by the City Council on March 6, 1996.
