HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-134• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 96 -134 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A STORM SEWER EASEMENT DESCRIBED AS PARCEL NO. 18 IN DOCUMENT NO. 90S647 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Michelle Bueide of Parsinen, Bowman, Caplin, and Levy, PA has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following storm sewer easement: That part of Lot 81 Block 4, Beacon Heights Second Addition described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8; thence easterly along the northerly line of Lot 8 for a distance of 74 feet; thence south 43 degrees, 24 minutes west to tbp southwesterly line of Lot 8; thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line to the point of beginning. and A permanent easement over that part of Lot 8 described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8, thence easterly along the northerly line of Lot 8 for a distance of 46 feet; thence south 43 degrees, 24 minutes west to the southwesterly line of Lot 8; thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 3, 1996 at 7:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council on March 6, 1996.
