RESOLUTYON NO, 96- 133
APPROVING 1996 REFOR13STAIION COD'TRACT
VAMEAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1996 Reforestation Program to be
carried out on City owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on February 26, 1996 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and 4 bids were received by
the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Wilson's Nursery Inc. is in conformance with City
specifications for plant materials, Wilson's Nursery Inc. is therefore declared lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THERUFORB, BE IT HEREBY kFSvLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
of Wilson's Nursery Inc, in the amount of $15,943.00. Further, that fw .s in the amount of
$15,94..3,00 aro authorized from account no. 101-125-810.26,.000-000.
