RESOLUTION NO. 96-132
APPROVING 1996 & 1997 NOXIOUS WEED & GRASS CUTTING CCNTRACT
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1996 & 1997 Noxious Weed & Grass
Cutting Program to be carried out on privately owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on February 23, 1996 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and 2 bids were received by
the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Steve's Lawn & Snow is in conformance with City
specifications for weed cutting, Steve's Lawn & Snow is therefore declared lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
of Steve's Lawn & Snow in the amount of $27/hr. for 2 years. Further, that funds are
authorized from account no. 101.124-810.02-000.000.
