APPROVING OPEN SPACE ACQUISITION OF SEITZER PROPERTY
WHEPRAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a purchase with Thomas E. and
Debra L. Seitzer as part of the City's open space program, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and Director of Parks and Recreation are
recommending acquisition of said property, and
WHEREAS, the $143,000 is within the City's open space acquisition budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign the contract for the acquisition of the Seitzer parcel with the
acquisition cost being ohargvd to the open space park bond program.
