RESOLUTION 96-127
RECEIVING THE 1995 ANNUAL REPORT AND
APPROVING THE 1996 WORKPLAN OF THE
PLYMOUTH HUMAN RIGHTS CON MIMION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the City Council
hereby receives the 1995 Annual Report of the Plymouth Human Rights Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves the 1996 Workplan of
the Plymouth Human Rights Commission with the following condition:
The Human Rights Commission shall submit to the City Council no later than
December 15, 1996, documentation of all Public Saiety bias crime referrals and other
referrals to the Commission during 1996. This report should include P description of
the incidents, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
Adopted by the City Council on February 21, 1996.
