RESOLUTION NO. % -122
DECLARING PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
CONVEY SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE
ADJOE41NG PROPERTY OWNER
CITY PROJECT NO. 406
WHEREAS, by City Project No. 406, Highway 55 North Frontage Road east of South Shore
Drive was relocated as outlined in the Holiday Addition Plat; and
WHEREAS, the relocated frontage road severed a small cooter of the property from the balance
of the property and was platted as Oudot A, Holiday Addition; and
WHEREAS, street and utility easements were required to be purchased from the adjoining
property owner, Kim H. Nystrom; and
WHEREAS, part of the compensation agreement for the Nystrom property' included the
conveyance to Kim Nystrom of the surplus Holiday Addition property now known as Outlot A
subject to City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, Outlot A was conveyed to the City of Plymouth as part of the Holiday Addition Plat
Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IMREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: As follows:
1. Outlot A, Holiday Addition is declared surplus property not needed by the City
of Plymouth.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign the deed of
conveyance for said Outlot A to Kim H. Nystrom, the adjoining property
owner.
Adopted by the City Council on February 21, 1996.
