AUTHORIMG THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXE IPPION FROM THE
1991 IVETLANU ACT
Caliber Builders, Greeatree Addition
County Rd. 24 & Hwy 101
WHEREAS, Caliber Builders proposes to fill 301 sq. ft of Type 2 wetlands; and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption #25. Activities that insult in the draining or filling of less than 400 sq. ft. of
wetlands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESO VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: T ,At the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Caliber Builders.
Adopted by the City Council on Feb. 21, 1996.
