RFSOLUTION NO. % - 117
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF F.IEIV MON FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
St. Paul Properties, Inc.
Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition -Lot 1, Block 1
WHEREAS, the owners of St. Paul Properties, Inc., proposes to fill approximately 1000
square feet of wetlands, and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption # 24. "development projects... that have received preliminary or final plat
approval .... or similar offical approval... within five years before July 1, 1991."
NOW, MREREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA- That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Plymouth Business Center Sth Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on Feb. 21, 1996.
